Thank you for visiting the Nexus Home Care Project website, allowing us to share with you some of the work that our team has produced since the inception of the project in 2005.
We encourage you to review some recent published findings in the International Journal for Quality in Health Care and the Journal of Applied Gerontology .
In the coming months members of our team will be making presentations and participating in the Canadian Association on Gerontology's annual scientific meeting in Vancouver, British Columbia and the Canadian Home Care Association's annual summit, also in Vancouver.
